Yes, it’s true, I have severely neglected you. I can understand your hurt, resistance to come back and certainly your hesitance for forgiveness…. to be quite frank, it’s been one hell of a year for yours truely. I want to tell you all about it, but not now. I will be returning to my blog with a super-packed start to my New Year so be on the look out, it’s the year of the Megan =)

So anyone who knows me, knows that I am absolutely obsessed with my dogs, or fur babies as I like to call them. Recently, one of my favorite local pug recues was hosting a contest for Cutest pug…jack pot! Not only do I know I have the cutest pug, I have TWO of them…fawn and black…after all,you don’t just buy a salt shaker without the pepper, do you?!? Well, the contest is currently in Phase two, Round one and my little man, Snarley has made it as a top 12 male finalist!!!

Voting is still taking place! It costs $1 per vote ($10 = 10 votes!!!) and if he gets enough votes, he could win the bragging rights to cutest pug….something I’ve been saying all along!

This is Miss Maisy, sadly not placing as a finalist but still a princess in my eyes. Maisy was actually a rescue I got from APARN a year ago. She is such a loving little girl who loves to stay close and snuggle. She had a pretty rough beginning which ultimately led to near complete hearing loss but she makes up for it in her charming ways and stylish good looks =)

So don’t forget to VOTE FOR SNARLEY so he can make it to Round 2 this Sunday, June 21!

Anne and Ted were married on an unusual rainy AZ day. Living in the land of the sun, rain isn’t generally a factor but as the old rhythm tells us, April showers do bring some of the most gorgeous May flowers….this wedding is kind of my May flower. Anne was so sweet but clearly not thrilled her dream outdoor wedding had such a rude intruder, with a smile of her face and hubby in tow, I think we made it work and worked it out! Why don’t you be the judge of that =)

Hello my gorgeous lovelies! I feel like it’s been sooooooo long since our last visit!!! Well, I’ve missed you and am ready to make it up to you with some tasty treats from the Inspirador “Keep it Cool” event….feast your eyes…

So you’ve been hearing me gush on and on for my love of the Inspirador but let me refresh you as to it’s sublime beauty…

I am so in love with this image, I think I am going to make a HUGE canvas print of it for my living room =)

this is the outdoor patio area that is a wonderful option if you want an outdoor ceremony

one of the gazillion things I love about the Inspirador is all the options they give you in planning your event! These are the chair options they currently offer.
